trivago.com features new product for hoteliers to interact with consumers

The international travel website trivago.com has launched a new service for hoteliers where hoteliers can provide updated information about their establishments. Hoteliers can now respond to guest reviews, publish new offers and news on their dedicated hotel blog and manage their data and property information. Furthermore, trivago enables users to link to hotels’ homepages so guests can directly contact the hotel for additional information and make hotel reservations.
According to Trivago a lot of hoteliers have already registered since the launch of the new service. Bettina Rubick, Manager E-Commerce at Choice Hotels Europe, says about trivago hotelier: “The management of Choice Hotels Germany and Central Europe are enthusiastic about the new service and the possibilities to attract new customers and get into direct contact with them. trivago hotelier offers a powerful new tool to increase bookings, and the hotelier can also benefit from having exposure to the 2.5 million monthly visitors to trivago’s pan-European sites.”
Trivago is expected to attract more than 2.5 million visitors per month throughout Europe, featuring their online travel community and rate search functionality. Trivago currently features over 150,000 hotel reviews, 600,000 photos and information on 50,000 tourist attractions, generating over 10 million page views a month.
